Tále, a.s.’s guarantee of quality food services is its staff, who have been part of service teams and participating in meal preparation and service to presidents and the ambassadors of many nations. Continuous improvement of staff training and skill is a priority for Tále, a.s.
You may enjoy culinary specialities at the winter terraces in the golf and ski areas. They are located in the golf course area and each of them may be reserved for private gatherings. At your disposal are the Hotel Stupka and Hotel Golf restaurants, the summer and winter terraces, and the Koliba and Stodola restaurants.
Tále, a.s. is the exclusive provider of catering services. During social events we provide breakfast, refreshments on the course for players, lunch for non-playing guests, parties and receptions to your order.
During corporate trainings we can provide you with specialised instruction on cuisine or wine. Our head chef will demonstrate the preparation of such culinary specialities as sushi, while with the sommelier you will have the chance to taste wines and learn about the use of wine in gastronomy and the methods for selecting a wine for specific occasions.
For a larger gathering requiring additional space for your guests, we can provide additional tables and benches, party tents, and awnings as well as lighting and heating for the outdoor spaces.
