The Controller communicates to the Data Subjects that their personal data are processed and disclosed to the Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family (the ‘UPSVAR’)for the purpose of the ‘Support for job retention under the Job Retention Employee COVID Protection Scheme’under the agreement between Tále and USPVAR. We disclose the following data of employees to UPSVAR as part of our duty to disclose financial information under Measure 3B First name, Surname, Birth number, Taxable Base under Social Insurance Act, and Employee Gross Salary. Under Measure 3A we disclose the following data: (i) average hourly earnings for employment law purposes under Section 134 of the Labor Code, as amended, for the preceding quarter, (ii) the number of hours of non-labor on the part of the employer under Section 142 (3), 4), or Section 250 -b- (6) of the Labor Code, as amended, reported for that month, (iii) the employee’s wage which has already been paid by the employer or which will be paid on the next payroll date under Section 142 (3), (4) or Section 250 -b- (6) of the Labor Code.

Purpose of processing: development of reputation—event communication and disclosure of photos in corporate documents (participants will be informed in advance that their pictures might be taken during the event via Golfshop bulletin board and on standup meetings just before the event if applicable). Anyone who does not consent to the disclosure of their photographs may contact the event organizer before or during the event to communicate their preference.
